With the introduction of Prohibition in the 1920s, a shadowy, underground industry was born with gin the liquor of choice produced by clandestine bootleggers – 100 years on, their spirit lives on at Prohibition Liquor Co on Gilbert Street in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD. Expect to taste a unique range of hand-crafted gins with flavour profiles featuring exotic combinations of traditional ingredients from around the globe along with native Australian botanicals.

"Bold, bright and unapologetically vibrant, the Cherry Bomb celebrates Prohibition Mum’s gin with a punch of South Australian spirit,” he explains.

Made with gin, lime juice, simple syrup, Aperol and cherry syrup, garnish your creation with dehydrated strawberries and wait for the magic to happen.
