"Coco Cove is an escape – designed to transport the drinker to a sun-drenched beach, even in the middle of Winter,” Max explains. "It’s refreshing, a touch indulgent and perfect for those who love smooth tropical flavours without overwhelming sweetness.”
The shredded coconut used for infusing the vodka is lightly toasted before infusion, unlocking deeper nutty notes and enhancing the tropical character of the drink.
The cocktail’s name was inspired by a secret beach tucked away on a Thai island that Max visited as a child. It was surrounded by coconut trees and hidden from the usual tourist path – a quiet paradise.
