Astrology Hour at Aster: Cocktail and Snack Series

This August, Aster - the rooftop bar perched 32 levels above InterContinental Sydney - invites guests to journey through the zodiac via Astrology Hour: a four-part cocktail and snack series in collaboration with Byron Bay-based astrologer Grace Tebble.

Running every Thursday evening in August, Astrology Hour at Aster will spotlight the four elements – Air, Water, Fire and Earth – with themed cocktails, matching small plates and personalised readings by Grace.

Guests can expect playful, one-on-one interpretations of their birth chart, alongside cards and drinks tailored to their elemental sign.

Grace says: "Astrology Hour is an opportunity to become more in tune with your connection to the cosmos. It’s about unlocking a new level of self-awareness in a really fun and creative setting. We’ve curated each drink and dish to reflect the energy of the four elements so that people can experience their star sign via the senses.”

Designed with Aster’s Director of Bars, Mattia Arniboldi, each session blends Grace’s modern astrological approach with a flavour-led, immersive experience. Held in the rooftop bar’s intimate Eastern Corridor, Astrology Hour is a new way to engage with the stars and the elements with no prior knowledge required.

Mattia says: "Aster was created as a destination above it all – a place to escape, connect and be inspired. Astrology Hour is the perfect expression of that, uniting the mystique of the stars with Aster’s signature food, drink and design.”

With a commitment to connecting guests with extraordinary experiences, each Astrology Hour session will include the following:

A glass of fizz on arrival, two elemental cocktails or two glasses of wine, two paired snacks, olives and a personalised astrology experience with Grace.

The menu includes:
