Releasing a new menu, Oskars’ mod oz creations have been taking a new direction without losing its signature elements that have long delighted regulars. With a focus on fresh daily caught seafood, the contemporary menu boasts dishes like seared sea scallops with creamed leek tartlets, caramelised fennel and crab with lemon butter, all of which are presented in true Oskars style. Designed to match, a carefully crafted wine list features fitting accompaniments to each meal.
What hasn’t changed for Oskars is its irrefutably iconic view and enviable foreshore location. An open design, wide balcony and full length glass windows allows guests to soak up a panorama of sand, surf and the rocky foreshore, making for one of the Gold Coast’s best wedding and events venues.
