Winter is here, and a new seasonal menu is here at Ragazzi. Start with oozy bresaola & mozzarella croquettes; blushing folds of beef crudo on parmigiano cream with pear and potato crisps; and stracciatella, studded with ruby beetroot and hazelnuts. Next up, the main event: house made pastas. There's golden tangles of tagliatelle with beef cheek, spigarello and zingy horseradish; plush pansotti of prawn with Oscietra caviar; and more. Fresh black truffle often available (and highly recommended).
