Based on the banks of the ancient Kalgan River, the vineyard, cellar door and restaurant offer beautiful vistas overlooking the vines; ideal for lingering over a leisurely lunch with family and friends, from an ever-changing menu showcasing seasonal and local ingredients. Start with scallop ceviche, blood orange and buttermilk, or prawn dumplings, tom kah broth and kaffir lime; moving onto memorable mains such as lamb, smoked yoghurt, black garlic, courgette and basil, or enjoy market fish, new potatoes, asparagus, beurre blanc and tarragon. Finish indulgently with a dessert of chocolate pudding, cherry jubilee and crème fraiche ice cream.
