About HORANG
Named after the Korean word for tiger, HORANG on Hyde Street offers a taste of Korean cuisine to the heart of Adelaide’s CBD. This hidden gem boasts a menu featuring a variety of Korean dishes and meat that pair well with beverages on offer, along with vegetarian options, all served in fun and funky surroundings of a tiger print counter, blond wood table settings and neon lighting. Jump right in with starters of crispy prawns with creamy lemon sauce, or signature sour soy and fresh chilli Korean fried chicken; before grilled brisket with ssamjang, green salad and steamed rice. Perhaps classic beef bulgogi hits the mark with vegetables, mushrooms and steamed rice; or share spicy seafood soup with prawns, calamari, mussels, vegetables, glass noodles and pork-based broth.
