Just like an evening in Roma
One of my personal favourites, Garum showcases the best of Roman cuisine right here in Perth. Their latest Spring menu is one of their best yet, featuring a traditional tagliata, rabbit, octopus carpaccio, stagionato, plus a great variety of pasta dishes from mezzelune with artichokes and broad beans, to pasta with vongole. Always save room for dessert! Garum's desserts offer so much more than the usual Italian fanfare.
A wonderful dining experience with excellent food, a stellar wine list amongst a beautiful setting. If you can't make it for a meal, just stop by for an afternoon aperitivo and enjoy Italian bar snacks and cocktails for half price. It's a taste of la dolce vita right here in Perth.
The new spring menu is their best yet!
The new spring menu has a lovely balance to it - fresh, new flavours and colours on the plate mean it's just as pretty to look at. Standouts include the Goat Ragu with Chestnut Flower Honey, Octopus Carpaccio with tomato, basil and capers and Tagliata zucchini alla romana and salmoriglio. Now is the time to go back to Garum if you havent been for a while!
