Wild Fairy Sour - Recipe by Gramercy Bar and Kitchen



Ingredients

30mL Forty spotted pink gin
30mL Aperol
10mL agave syrup
Dash of orange bitters
4 drops of foaming mix
1 egg white

Method

Shake all ingredients on ice until chilled and foam is formed (dry shake first if using egg white).

Double stain into chilled martini glass.

Garnish with candied grapefruit and 3 drops of bitters lined with a straw for hearts.
