Enjoy splendid views and an historical location at Gramercy Bar & Kitchen on Hay Street in the heart of Perth’s CBD. Located in Central Park close to His Majesty’s Theatre and Perth Arena, a new format has created a more informal vibe to what was formerly the Ecucina Restaurant; enjoy anything from a quick drink to a gourmet dinner or sundowner in comfortable and relaxing surrounds. Chill out at the bar for tapas plates like crispy squid, aioli and lemon, or scallops on butter bean purée, with nduja, crispy kale, lemon and herbs; then pair a Gin Basil Collins cocktail with hanger steak, chimichurri dressing, salad and chips. Perhaps devour battered barramundi, salad, tartar and lemon, washed down with a Swan Draught; or a classic chicken parma with ham, Napolitana sauce, salad and chips.
