90mL watermelon juice
45mL Electric Gin
20mL lime juice
15mL pickled watermelon syrup
15mL kaffir lime leaf sugar syrup
Mix all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake.
Single strain over ice in a wine glass.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
