Ingredients: 90mL watermelon juice; 45mL Electric Gin; 20mL lime juice; 15mL pickled watermelon syrup; 15mL kaffir lime leaf sugar syrup

Ingredients

90mL watermelon juice
45mL Electric Gin
20mL lime juice
15mL pickled watermelon syrup
15mL kaffir lime leaf sugar syrup

Method

Mix all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake.

Single strain over ice in a wine glass.

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
