45mL Blanco Tequila
30mL lime juice
30mL agave syrup
Lemon zest
1 lemon slice

Method

Rim a chilled coupe glass with micro-planed lemon zest mixed with salt.

Add all liquids into a Boston shaker and shake firmly, with ice.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a slice of lemon.
