20mL Chambord
1 lime juice wedge
10mL sugar syrup
5 muddled berries
6 mint leaves
Muddle:
In a sturdy glass, add the mint leaves, berries, lime wedge and sugar. Gently muddle them together to release the flavours.
Add Rum:
Pour the white rum over the muddled mixture.
Add Chambord:
Pour the Chambord in the muddled mixture with the rum.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top up with soda water to fill the glass.
Garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime wheel and a couple of fresh berries on top.
