45mL gin
15mL Cointreau
30mL lemon
15mL lavender Monin
30mL egg white
1/3 bar spoon blueberry jam
Rosemary for optional garnish
Edible flowers for optional garnish

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker.

Shake with ice.

Double strain.

Garnish with rosemary and edible flowers.
