    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    40mL Wasabi gin infused
    20mL yuzu sake
    20mL matcha syrup
    20mL lime juice
    30mL aquafaba

    Method

    Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake and ice shake. Double strain into a coupette. Garnish with matcha powder.
