Chocolate Mousse Smoothie Bowl by Jess Sepel


Ingredients

This smoothie bowl is the ultimate healthy, chocolate indulgence – perfect for Spring! The recipe is free of added refined sugars and made with delicious Califia Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. It gives a smooth, creamy texture and maintains a delicious taste with real vanilla. This smoothie bowl contains a balance of fibre, good fats, healthy carbs and protein that keeps your blood sugar levels stable!

1 Tbs cacao powder
1 frozen banana, chopped
1/2 frozen zucchini
1/4 avocado
1 Medjool date, pitted
1 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 serve vegan chocolate protein powder
Handful ice cubes

To serve:

Cacao nibs
Raspberries
Shredded coconut

Method

Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into a serving bowl and top with cacao nibs, raspberries and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
