Cherry Bomb Cocktail - Recipe by Kieran Handberg



Ingredients

45mL Prohibition Mum's gin
22.5mL lime juice
15mL simple syrup
15mL Aperol
1 bar spoon Maraschino cherry syrup
1 egg white
A few dehydrated strawberries

Method

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker without ice.

Shake vigorously until head forms, add ice and shake until chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with dehydrated strawberry.
