Best served in the garden with tea, jam and cream
30 ml Appleton Estate Signature blend
15 ml Appleton Estate Rare blend
25 ml fresh lime juice
45-60 ml freshly pressed sugar cane juice (depending on sweetness)
4-6 bruised fresh lemon myrtle leaves
Shake the two rums together and strain over a large block of ice or good quality rocks.
Garnish with a few leaves of fresh lemon myrtle and a spray of lemon myrtle tincture.
