Inspired by America’s prime barbecue flavours, comes The Rib Cage restaurant in Albury. Thick timber furnishings, charcoal coloured walls and vibrant, flame-orange touches reveal exactly what’s hiding behind kitchen doors, while the aromas of rich flavours wafting through the restaurant are sure to set mouths watering. A Fast Eddy’s by Cookshack, pellet smoker oven, has made the journey from the USA to ensure a sumptuous, smoky aroma all the way through tender meats which are smoked for around six hours before served. Taste the subtle flavours of Hickory, Mesquite and Applewood in sensations like baby back ribs, moist beef brisket and rib steak served with a red wine glaze. Manners aside, be sure to lick the last of traditional house-made sauces, off of your fingers before you go.
