Swirls, Spice and Everything Nice: Western Sydney Scores Brooklyn Beckham’s Hot Sauce on Fro-Yo

By Marie-Antoinette Issa.

Western Sydney just got a little cooler - or should that be hotter - with the opening of a new frozen yoghurt store that’s making waves with a flavour flex that’s as fiery as it is frosty.

Forget sprinkles and syrup, because the new Fro-Bowl at Auburn Central is adding a touch of thrill to your chill - skipping your standard super sweet sauces and serving Australia’s very first taste of Brooklyn Beckham’s cult Cloud 23 Hot Habanero Sauce.

Yes. Beckham Golden Balls’ bottle of burn has hit Australia and it’s not just here for the tacos!

"We wanted to bring a spicy kick to frozen yoghurt because it’s unique and unusual,” says Fro-Bowl founder Haydar Rady. "Your typical frozen yoghurt is always a sweet-on-sweet combination, but we wanted to break that mould and give people something fresh.

"The Cloud 23 Hot Habanero Sauce creates that perfect sweet and spicy balance and it’s been amazing seeing customers’ reactions when they try it for the first time, as it is something they have never tasted before!”

The sauce, co-founded by Beckham and beloved overseas for its citrus sting, lands here in a frosty twist. Think: tangy natural yoghurt swirled high in a bowl, topped with tropical mango or coconut and then finished with a drizzle of hot habanero.

It’s a clash of fire and ice, where creamy coolness melts into tongue-tingling heat. Haydar calls it "the Winter kick you didn’t know you needed.” We call it frozen yoghurt with a spicy side hustle.

Fro-Bowl isn’t just about riding Beckham’s chilli-flecked coattails. The Auburn-born spot is serious about its swirl game. Housemade daily, the fro-yo lineup rotates through six flavours – including pistachio, toasted coconut, classic natural and a dairy-free option that actually tastes like dessert, not penance.

Toppings go beyond the usual gummy bear graveyard, with buttery crumble, ripe fruit and sauces that stick to the spoon in all the right ways. It’s all priced by weight, which means the only limit is your wrist strength and wallet discipline.

The vibe inside is just as zesty. Terrazzo counters and citrus tones make it look more Bondi boutique than suburban snack stop, while the open-plan layout is built for after-school sugar runs, weekend hangs and post-gym ‘I earned this’ moments.

The spot comes with some serious community cred. Haydar grew up in Auburn and built Fro-Bowl with his neighbourhood in mind.

"My family went to local schools here and many of my lifelong friendships were formed in this area. Auburn has always given me a sense of belonging and I wanted to give back by creating opportunities for young people in the community to gain valuable work experience in a fun, supportive environment.”

Translation: this isn’t just a dessert bar, it’s a local hangout with a heart.

That community-first spirit shows up in the details. Haydar is on deck daily, handing out samples and chatting with customers, making sure the shop is as welcoming as it is Instagrammable. While the fro-yo may be priced by weight, the philosophy here is measured by generosity.
