JW Marriott Unveils Next Evolution in Floating Wellness: Aqua Sculpt Restorative Sound Bath

Following the overwhelming success of the Aqua Sculpt Floating Pilates series at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa’s iconic and award-winning saltwater lagoon pool, the resort is proud to continue its partnership with Aqua Sculpt and unveil the next evolution in floating wellness: Aqua Sculpt restorative sound bath.

This mindful sound-led experience invites guests to begin their day immersed in balance, calm and connection, as harmonic vibrations ripple across the lagoon’s surface. Designed to bring tranquillity to both mind and body, this limited Winter series brings a new kind of restorative movement to water.

Set across three exclusive Friday morning sessions – Friday, July 25, Friday, August 22, and Friday, September 19- from 7 am to 8 am, guests will float atop Aqua Sculpt boards or recline in cabanas and lounges positioned poolside at the resort’s breathtaking saltwater lagoon.

Each 60-minute sound bath is designed to activate the body’s repair mode through therapeutic vibrations from crystal singing bowls, equilibrium chimes and grounding meditative guidance, designed to restore nervous system balance and create space for mindful presence.
