Hoxton, the East London-born spirits brand known for flipping the script on traditional drinks, has officially landed in Australia.
With a flavour-led range and bold creative spirit, Hoxton is bringing a fresh attitude to one of the world’s most exciting drinks markets.
The brand was founded in 2012 by Gerry Calabrese, son of legendary bartender Salvatore Calabrese, and a fixture in London’s bar scene in his own right. After running and owning some of the capital’s most influential venues - including the iconic Hoxton Pony - Gerry launched Hoxton with one clear goal: to make spirits that taste like nothing else out there.

"Hoxton flips the script on traditional spirits,” says Gerry. "As the son of Salvatore Calabrese, I’ve brought my own flavour to the game. I approach spirit-making the way any great bartender approaches a cocktail: flavour first, category second. The result? Spirits that challenge the norm and bring bold, distinctive profiles to the glass.”

Hoxton launches in Australia with its full core line-up - each product a reflection of the brand’s commitment to quality, creativity and drinkability:
- Hoxton Tropical Gin – bright, juicy and packed with natural tropical fruit. Like Summer in a glass.
- Hoxton Pink Gin – a floral-forward twist on a classic, with subtle red berry notes.

All products are distilled using a 150-year-old copper pot still - blending heritage techniques with modern, flavour-forward thinking.
