"It was just my luck the incredibly talented team at The Canberra Distillery produced a beautiful limoncello,” she says. "I really wanted to incorporate a shrub into Luna’s latest cocktail as I saw it was a way to minimise wastage of our fresh produce.
"Other than that, my jealousy of friends and family enjoying Euro Summer getaways was certainly a defining inspiration.”
Charlotte also leant into her Italian heritage playing with the flavours of herbs from her mother’s cooking and garden and the classical music she would play year-round during her childhood.
