Mixologist Alessandro Cavaliere brings to the bar his cocktail creation, the Cucumber Cooler.

Made with Bacardi Carta Blanc and Cartron Peach, this is a very refreshing cocktail to be drunk before lunch or dinner, or at the end of your meal as a palate cleanser. It is exactly what you want on a warm sunny day.

"After you have finished the cocktail, the garnish is there ready to be eaten for all the cucumber lovers,” Alessandro suggests.
