Guests can dive into a luxurious array of unlimited starters, including freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters, chilled Tiger prawns, premium cold cuts and delectable Summer salads. Moving on to the main courses, sharing-style plates feature mouthwatering options such as Southern Ranges beef, Western Plains pork, NZ snapper and ending with the quintessential festive pavlova dessert - because there's always room for a little indulgence!
