UNCHARTERED WITH GORDON RAMSEY:

Chef Gordon Ramsay journeys to some of the most incredible and remote locations on Earth in search of culinary inspiration, epic adventures and cultural experiences he will never forget, including our very own Tasmania with AGFG favourite, Sarah Glover.

In season two episode one, while off Tassie’s Cape Frederick Hendrick, the UK-based Chef snorkels for rock lobster then heads to Lake St Claire for speckled trout before heading to remote inland foraging for fresh samphire, native cherries and pepperberry as accompaniments to wild wallaby.

Each episode crescendos at a spectacular last meal cooked for all the Chefs, farmers, cooks and locals he’s met along the way and this superb Tasmania episode finishes with him and Chef Analiese Gregory receiving feedback on their big cookoff in spectacular Dunalley.

'Unchartered' has three seasons and can be streamed on Disney Plus.
