200 Positions Become Available in Seaside Queensland Town

Nestled among all the wonderful resort-like features that make up the seaside town of Redcliffe, is The Belvedere with two very big announcements!

The little coastal Aussie town, located in the Moreton Bay region just 40 minutes north of Brisbane with a history dating back to 1880 gets its name from the Redcliffe Peninsula, jutting out into the bay alongside other suburbs.

Featuring many activities geared at families and resort living, Redcliffe is home to a 95-metre man-made lagoon adjacent to the bay, prime fishing locations, Sunday markets, beaches, coastal walks, cafés and even an entire walkway dedicated to the Bee Gees, (yes, it’s actually called Bee Gees Way) chronicling the bands rise to fame!

Amongst all this buzz and excited to not only announce the last leg of its renovations after an extensive year-long process, but also the creation of 200 brand new jobs, is The Belvedere.

With the final phase of renovations, including a public bar, gaming room and indoor dining area, it has been a long time coming! Additionally, a brand-new level 1 lounge bar and dining area will be created, transforming a former function room into a sophisticated space for open dining, allowing 200 job opportunities for everything from floor, bar and kitchen staff through to management.

Chris Allison, Queensland Regional Manager for the  Lewis Land Group says: "This exciting milestone not only signifies the transformation of our venue but also presents a tremendous opportunity for the local community. With more than 200 job positions available, we are dedicated to creating employment opportunities and contributing to the growth and prosperity of the Redcliffe area. We have all types of roles available and are encouraging everyone interested in an exciting career in hospitality to apply.”

The much-anticipated reopening will feature a pizzeria, gelato shop and five bars!

"Not only that, but the new areas with sweeping views across Bramble Bay will provide a breath-taking backdrop to complement their dining experience,” Chris says.

The Belvedere invites the community, those looking for employment and future guests, to join in the excitement and stay tuned for further updates as the reopening approaches. The team looks forward to welcoming everyone back to The Belvedere in November for an unforgettable experience combining tradition and innovation.
