About Ni Hao Bar
Bringing the bustling nightlife and entertainment scene from 1970s Hong Kong to life, head to Ni Hao Bar on Pitt Street for an experience to remember. Located on the rooftop level of the iconic heritage-classified Civic Hotel, the bar takes on an unmistakable nostalgic charm from the old-school luxe cinema to the retro flashing neon sign; everything is designed for a trip down memory lane combined with Cantonese fare and cheeky cocktails. Start your adventure with a Ni Hao taco – spicy pork, American cheese sauce, lettuce, sweet mustard pickle, salsa, avocado and tomato – or steamed scallops, yuzu butter, glass noodles and chilli. From the wok, delve into stir-fried pork belly, garlic shoots and sweet and sour sauce, or share a plate of Wagyu flank, confit garlic purée and yuzu mustard.
