Symbolising universal loving kindness by nature, Metta Sol in Goodwood is inspired by Vietnamese roots in family and culture. This plant-based eatery lies within a sandstone cottage on Goodwood Road, where a suave interior of arched windows, tiled floors and potted greenery sets a relaxing vibe for leisurely brunches and lunches. Take a seat with a cold brew coffee in hand and dip a spoon into a bowl of shiitake and kelp broth, enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, spring onion, coriander, shallots and black pepper. Perhaps a vegie omelette entices with organic tofu, cauliflower, capsicum, brown rice, pickled carrot and daikon, radish, cucumber, tomato and sweet tangy vinaigrette; or wrap your hands around an artisan Metta roll, with pepper braised mushrooms, garlic spread and chilli paste.
