The space is small and cocoon-like, framed by dim light, velvet drapes and polished wood - a room that feels more like a private salon than a restaurant. In the open kitchen, the Chef choreographs each plate with quiet concentration; in the dining room, soft conversation and poured wine fill the air. The menu shifts with the seasons, drawing on European traditions, with each element composed to resonate with the wines guiding the evening. Courses unfurl deliberately, inviting guests to linger, savour texture and nuance; think plates of blue fin tuna, sorrel, cucumber and horseradish, followed by Wagyu with cauliflower, wild mushroom and artichoke.
