Ambient is but one word that comes to mind upon viewing Landscape’s dining rooms; soft lighting illuminating old world stone walls, heavy timber beams and matte walls festooned in signature landscape art, has a jaw-dropping effect. Once seated, peruse with care over a monthly menu for freshly shucked Pipe Clay Lagoon oysters with cucumber and gin sorbet and tarragon in prelude to starters of char-grilled octopus with sweet potato, harissa and preserved lemon. Follow this with a red meat main from the coals of an Asado Grill fired with local, seasoned timbers before rounding off with dessert.
