The crispy roasted pork is tasty, and the bread is just the right crunch, not too hard to hurt your mouth when biting, combined with the house-made sauce. They shared that they make all the ingredients themselves to preserve the authentic Vietnamese bánh mì flavor. I haven't found this taste at any other bánh mì shops in Adelaide.
