Reborn from The Corner Italian and ushering in a new modern ambience, this brainchild of Chef Caleb Azuka boasts a simple warm décor in a beautiful heritage building, open kitchen and sky view rooftop bar for nightlife romance and dancing. Live DJ music and a European vibe set the scene for starters like ‘A Memory of Carpaccio’ – butter-aged Wagyu beef, lemon extra virgin olive oil, handpicked capers, fresh basil and woodfire rustic flat bread. For the main, delve into crispy pancetta, rustic scallop chicken involtini, salmon caviar, mascarpone and red wine hollandaise; or slow-braised kangaroo and pork ragu, housemade pasta, bechamel, olive oil and herbs.

A theatre of food
I have Fellowed chef Caleb from his previous restaurant at the corner Italian and his new menu at Restaurant Caleb especially his vegan ravioli in brodo is just so delicious and beautifully plated, so talented really proud of you chef Caleb, will definitely be back to taste the rest of your menu.
