13 course shared plate dinner, food was nice BUT very hurried. No sooner did one dish arrive the next arrived very soon after -7.30pm setting.

I really wanted to like this place but it just let me down. The mussels weren't clean, the lamb shoulder was dry, and the kataifi was underwhelming. The octopus however was delicious but lost in a sea of white beans. We were given a discount when I mentioned the bearded mussels but I wasn't there for a discount, I was there for the awesome sounding food,which unfortunately never made it to our table. The waitress was nice but very busy so we were left waiting a lot even though the 2 hour seating rule had been reinforced to us several times. The girls at front desk were a little frosty, continuing their conversations whilst we waited to collect our coats when leaving. Such a shame and I hope I just got them on an off-night.

The food is excellent and ample and the service from the staff cannot be faulted. Drinks are seriously overpriced however and even a bottle of sparkling water is $9.00. The venue is very noisy and while it looks very attractive no attention has been given to acoustics. When the restaurant is full conversation at the table is almost impossible without shouting. As for the table - if you are a group of 4 or 10 the table size is fine. We were a group of 6 and there was no suitable sized table. We were placed at a round table that was far too large and again, it was hard to talk and as a result spoiled the whole experience
