40mL sea salt yuzushu
40mL Suntory Toki whisky
10mL sugar syrup 1:1 ratio
10mL fresh lime juice
Lemon rind
Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker, add ice.
Shake for approximately 15 seconds. Double strain into a Nic and Nora glass.
To garnish, make a small cut in the centre of the lemon rind, and place on the rim of the glass.
