Frozen Lemonade with White Rum
Your beachside best friend.
30mL Tromba Reposado tequila
15mL Campari
10mL 400 Conejos mezcal
20mL fresh lime juice
10mL orgeat syrup
30mL pineapple juice
30mL grapefruit soda
1 piece of pineapple chunk, garnish
Place all of the ingredients, except the grapefruit soda, into cocktail shaker.
Shake cocktail with ice for 8-10 seconds, strain through a hawthorn strainer into a lowball glass.
Top cocktail with ice and grapefruit soda.
Garnish with a pineapple chunk and enjoy.
