Ingredients
45mL tequila
15mL blue curacao
15mL blackcurrant syrup
30mL lime juice
60mL pineapple juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds to create a nice foamy layer.
Pour in a rocks glass with half sugar and half salt rim for a sweet and savoury experience.
