Salmon and Caviar Appetisers


6 slices pumpernickel bread
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
4 oz fresh smoked salmon
2 tablespoons black caviar
Chives for garnish


1. Mix sour cream and dill together.

2. Use a cookie cutter and cut circles from pumpernickel. Using a smaller cutter, repeat with the salmon.

3. Spread a layer of sour cream on the bread, top with salmon and spoon a small amount of caviar on top.

4. Garnish with chives.
