30mL Martell Vs Cognac
30mLSt Germain elderflower liqueur
20mL rosemary syrup
20mL lemon juice
1 1/2 bar spoons fig jam
Add all ingredients to shaker and double strain into small coupe. Add a lemon diamond onto rim of glass, put a rosemary sprig into the lemon diamond. Add 3 caramelised orange zest into bottom of the glass and flame and spray the orange zest oils onto the cocktail, then rim the glass with the orange zest.
