30mL Raki
180mL apple juice
25 g Persian fairy floss
3 slices freshly cut apple
Mint leaves
Cinnamon sprinkles

Method

Fill a cocktail glass with ice, then add the Raki and apple juice.

Add apple slices and fresh mint leaves to glass then the Persian fairy floss.

Sprinkle on the cinnamon and enjoy the traditional Turkish cocktail flavours.
