1 cup plain flour
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, more if desired
1/2 cup icing sugar, more if desired
Top with chocolate chips if desired
Preheat oven to 180'C and prepare a baking tray.
In a bowl, combine peanut butter and sifted icing sugar and roll into balls.
With an electric mixer in a separate bowl combine flour, Nutella and egg and mix until well combined. Divide dough into slightly larger balls than the peanut butter and flatten slightly. Place a peanut butter ball into the centre and wrap cookie dough around ball until it's covered. To add extra chocolatey goodness, top with chocolate chips!
Place cookie balls on tray and bake for around 7-10 minutes until crisp.
