1 cup plain flour
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, more if desired
1/2 cup icing sugar, more if desired
Preheat oven to 180'C and prepare a baking tray.
In a bowl, combine peanut butter and sifted icing sugar and roll into balls.
With an electric mixer in a separate bowl combine flour, Nutella and egg and mix until well combined. Divide dough into slightly larger balls than the peanut butter and flatten slightly. Place a peanut butter ball into the centre and wrap cookie dough around ball until it's covered.
Place cookie balls on tray and bake for around 7-10 minutes until crisp.
