
Sweet Basil Panna Cotta with Macerated Strawberries and Brioche Crumbs by Stillwater

45ml orange infused vodka
30ml triple sec
30ml orange juice (pulp free if preferred)
15ml heavy cream
15ml whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Orange sugar if desired for decoration around rim
Fill cocktail shaker halfway with small ice cubes.
Take all ingredients except sugar if using and put into cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for 60 seconds.
Strain into chilled martini glass and serve immediately.
