White Chocolate Easter-tini
For those who have a sweet spot for white chocolate.
2 tsp palm sugar
2 limes, cut into 8ths
1/2 cup tinned or fresh lychees
60mL vodka or Bacardi
1/2 cup crushed ice
Place palm sugar and limes into a glass. Using the end of a rolling pin crush until juice has been released from the limes.
Add lychees and continue to crush. Pour into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka and ice. Shake and pour into two glasses. Serve immediately.
