30mL Unico Limoncello
30mL Liquor 43 Horchata
30mL lemon juice
30mL sugar syrup
30mL thickened cream
Rim garnish:
Crumbed Biscotti
Sugar syrup
Rim coupe glass with sugar syrup and dip into crushed biscotti.
Add Limoncello into a shaker. Add Liquor 43, lemon juice, sugar syrup and cream.
Add ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a rimmed coupe glass.
Garnish with cinnamon and dehydrated lemon.
Serve and enjoy!
