Grape Kebabs


2 cups red grapes
2 cups green grapes
12 marshmallows
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar


Thread grapes and marshmallows onto skewers.

Heat honey and balsamic vinegar in the microwave or in a small pan. Drizzle over the kebabs and serve.

Alternatively, heat on the barbecue and serve warm.

Grape kebabs are best served as part of a fruit platter, with ice-cream or on a cheese platter.
