45mL Grey Goose vodka
15mL Chambord liqueur
30mL pineapple juice
5mL lime juice
Dash sparkling Blanc de Blan
1 pineapple wedge
1 red Maraschino cherry
Add lime juice, pineapple juice, Chambord and the vodka to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, then shake until the outside of the tin is frosty.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass, top up with a dash of Sparkling Blanc de Blanc.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry skewered on the top of the wedge.
