1 tsp sugar
5 sprigs mint
45mL Dead Man’s Fingers rum
Put the sugar in a tall glass, squeeze in the juice of 1/2 a lime, and toss in the squeezed lime shell. Add mint to the glass and muddle everything together. Finish by adding the Dead Man’s Fingers rum and a handful of ice.
Fill with chilled soda water and lightly stir.
Enjoy and serve immediately!
