Coco Cove Cocktail - Recipe by Amazon State Restaurant & Bar

Ingredients

45mL vodka infused with shredded coconut
15mL vanilla liqueur
15mL lime juice
15mL coconut syrup

Method

Infuse vodka with shredded coconut for around 5 days. Use 100 grams of shredded coconut for every 750mL of vodka.

Add all the ingredients into the shaker. Shake with ice and double strain into a tumbler with fresh ice.

Shredded coconut rim and coconut flakes on top of the drink.
