Chocolate Dipped Mandarins


Ingredients

10 mandarins

1 cup dark chocolate

Garnish:

Sea salt, freeze dried raspberries (crushed), dessicated coconut, crushed pistachios etc

Method

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside. Peel the mandarins.

In a microwave safe bowl or with the help of a double boiler, melt chocolate.

Dip each slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle with pinch of garnish and repeat until all slices are evenly coated and sprinkled.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.

Serve straight away or 1-2 days.
