Ingredients: 45mL Mastika Liqueur; 10mL Fresh lemon juice; 15mL Fresh grapefruit Juice; 60mL Prosecco; 15mL Soda; 1 slice Grapefruit

Ingredients

45mL Mastika Liqueur
10mL Fresh lemon juice
15mL Fresh grapefruit Juice
60mL Prosecco
15mL Soda
1 slice Grapefruit

Method

Fill a wine glass with ice and add the grapefruit slice.

Pour into the glass the ingredients in the following order: Mastika liqueur, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and prosecco.

Top up with soda.

Stir lightly and enjoy!
